pt-feeder new version: update required #34

Hello, It is necessary to update the following strings in "BinanceAutoBlacklist.class" to support new pt-feeder version because changes in "appsettings.json" file: "General" to "PtFeeder" "SomOnlyPairs" for "SomOnlyCoins" I have updated it directly in the Class file and after that it works fine.
