Create a script that

  1. Creates a TEST_ID/TEST_VIDEO:QUEUED in the downloads DB
  2. curls the status_API endpoint to see that's been created
  3. updates the status to TEST_ID/TEST_VIDEO:DONE
  4. curls status_API endpoint to see updated
  5. if updated, pass, automatic testing of progress bar changing
