We are using Github to track all progress of issues and tasks across the WAISN tech team. However some people are not familiar with Github.
Solution
Create a workshop in which people sign up for their Github accounts and walk through creating a task, life-cycle of the task in the project, and closing of the task.
It may also be good to go over the UI and what projects exist so that people have bearings on the project's Github page.
