The monthly meetings is mostly people talking about the progress made. It can be a bit difficult to communicate and remember this information since it has been a month since we last left.
Solution
Use the project boards as a starting point to show what progress has been made. We can review the tasks that have been put in the Done column first and then discuss the In progress and To do columns when thinking about what the next action items are for the future month.
This makes the information very clear to everyone in the room at the meeting. It can also be useful if there are people calling in to the meeting i.e. through sharing the screen of the presenter on Google Hangouts for example.
