Unable to remove a default layout when Colemak is added #75

Not sure if this isssue has already been raised here, at least I couldn't find anything.

I'm on macOS Sonoma right now and I just installed the dh mod. The issue I'm having is that I can't remove a default English/US layout.

Colemak is installed to /Library/Keyboard Layouts, I tried logging out and restarting the system but the "remove" button for "English/US" is still grayed out.

interestingly, with a built-in classic Colemak I can remove English/US

I tried creating a new layout from a built-in with Ukilele and installed it, but no luck -- with copied Colemak it behaves the same and I can't remove the US one

ended up building colemak into my keyboard instead. much more convenient, plus my wife still can use my laptop
