Are datasets dataset-197 & dataset-775 the same? #232

@ernestogimeno No, I do not think these are the same:

dataset-197: links to "general search information" and records include the disclaimer: "Specific questions about an offender's status should be addressed to the institutional caseworker or the Probation and Parole field officer."

dataset-775: microdata on offender release dates is not available from the listed URL, although this may be the closest thing to an online "link" to the dataset available

Would you say that dataset-197 refers to publicly available data and the other not?

How about adding that to the dataset as a note? There is a field "comments" that now we can use for that.
