removed dimensions, added crossref, retrieve year, and more details on the readme #105

I didn't see the rc.cfg file in the repository, so I was a bit lost when reading the readme. I hope this explanation helps :)

I also wonder if there is any documentation about how to obtain these credentials: dimensions_password = repec_token = 99999foo!

For example, for repec, I guess I have to get it from http://www.repec.org but I couldn't find an API section or something similar
