To understand better this

"The data used in this study are drawn from the Longitudinal Employer Household Dynamics (LEHD) program at the U.S. Census Bureau. The core of the data set is the universe of state- level quarterly Unemployment Insurance (UI) earnings records"

This publication...

F. Andersson, H. J. Holzer, J. Lane, in Studies of labor market intermediation (University of Chicago Press, 2009), pp. 373–398.

...is already in a partition partitions/20190923_social_science_corpus_publications.json, but also in misses_step3.json and misses_step4.json.

@ceteri, can I add its DOI in that partition, or should I add it in a new one? Also, in that partition is linked to a dataset that I would not had picked from reading the paper. I'm not clear if I should leave that or change it.
