Boxes
1.1 Right now, the two boxes in this chapter are numbered 7.1 and 7.3 even though it is chapter 8. *There is also no 7.2. The numbers should start with 8, as it is chapter 8, and 8.2 should be the second (not .3). However, I don't know enough Rmarkdown to fix this "automatically" (i.e., include automated numbering of boxes) and a manual solution might be screwed up again in the future.
1.2 In the text, the boxes are not referenced with something like \@ref or []() but manually by writing out "Box 7.1", i.e. they are not adaptive and this will not automatically be fixed when 1.1 is fixed.
Listing
2.1 There is one listing in the chapter, "Listing 7.4". It should also start with 8. instead of 7. It should be Listing 8.1? Again, I don't know how to fix this automatically.
2.2 The listing is "manually" referred to as "Listing 7.4" in the text, i.e. it will not fix automatically when 2.1 is fixed.
*Note that there are/should be Boxes 7.1-7.3 in chapter 7 on Machine Learning, so it's confusing when a box in chapter 8 has the same number as a box in chapter 7.
