ACP - RunColibri script not closing up properly with single observation #4

The RunColibri script has not been shutting things down when there is only a single field to observe in an evening. Additional code has been added to shutdown gracefully. This has resulted in the proper shutdown of the dome, but ACP does not restart the script. The abort script needs modification.
