Update nes css to version 2.0.0 #3

I saw that the upstream NES.css has been making lots of interesting improvements, so I thought I would try helping out with this :video_game: package by submitting this PR. I have to prefix most of the class names with nes- to be compatible with the new version. Other than that, everything else seems to be working as before and the example app rendered correctly. Happy to make any revisions if you would like.
