Fix some comments being translated and inconsistent capitalizing in the language files #64

It looks like all the comments which were accidentally translated started with a capital letter in the English version, while the others started with a lowercase one. 🤔

Yeah, I'm aware that those files are an inconsistent mess at the moment. I will fix them in the future with https://github.com/ColinHDev/CPlot/pull/43 I actually plan to match the comment language with the file's target language and even let them start with a capital letter, like normal sentences. Your PR did the opposite, that's why I am going to close it. Still, thank you very much for taking an interest in the project!
