Add member list to appshell front end wise

Excellent use of the right sidebar! Now that we are no longer maintaining separate servers, it makes perfect sense to use it to display the current channel member list! I am also working on a UI overhaul that will improve the whole UI significantly, and I will look to improve the UI of the member list but this base layout gives me something to work with. Awesome work!
