Linking functionality between Landing, Login and Registration Page Finalized.

• Fixed "hydration error" on Login page whenever clicking refresh.
• Remove the "Login button" from Registration Page. Instead, implement the button into Registration component instead (Code-refactoring) to make everything looks organized and clean.
• Add 4 required tests for the linking functionality between Landing, Login and Registration Page.

Looks like this branch merged the database-functionality branch as well in a two-in-one pull request. Although this is not advisable, it is acceptable for this one-time instance. In the future, we would need to do a pull request for the underlying branch that the second branch builds upon, by order of creation. Nevertheless, here is a summary of my changes performed for the database-functionality branch:

Summary of Changes

• Designed and deployed our Accord database on MongoDB Atlas on AWS
• Wrote documentation for connecting to MongoDB in Next.js and Django
• Defined database access permissions on Atlas (created user accounts on Atlas, configured IP access to allow access regardless of IP)
• Integrated a modularised approach to connecting to MongoDB via dbConfig.tsx and mongodb.tsx that allows us to access the database through our accounts using environment variables
• Wrote two starter test cases for the login page
• Wrote REST API endpoints for processing user data on the login page under the api directory (server-side)
