INSEE already published the NAF codes (2008 revision) in RDF format : http://rdf.insee.fr/codes/index.html

I build INSEE URIs such as http://id.insee.fr/codes/nafr2/sousClasse/46.48Z, when nomenclatureactiviteprincipaleetablissement is "NAFRev2".
