The top-level directory structure should be changed to the following:

Similar to the approach used by Ghost.

OK, go ahead and reorganise the existing code into these top-level folders (client, server, tests) and submit a pull request.

After that's merged in you can tackle the folder structure of client as part of the Angular JS work.
