onmove 510 firmware 2.10 - No device found #17

I followed the install steps for onmove 510, but cannot get connected, always
get no device found.

The watch was identified as STM32 MAss storage.
Could the firmware upgrade to 2.10 be the reason ?

Hello,

you can try to skip autodetection for your watch by using the option -D
OnMove710 on command line or if you prefer, the following line your
.kalenji_readerrc:
device=OnMove710

Can you give me the line corresponding to your watch in the output of lsusb ?

Regards,
Colin

I tried the option -D OnMove710 but now get Unknown device

I am using windows and the watch shows up in windows as "USB mass storage"
device.

Hi,
Attached a few screenshot from all drivers and the output error after using the
option -D.

System is Windows 7 - 64BIT, but tried on WinXP too with same result :(

Appreciate your help very much as I really want to get this great program work
as the geonaute software does not allow me to export data.

Hello,

which version of kalenji_reader do you use ? Did you build it from SVN or do
you use a tar from download section ? Unfortunately, downloads feature has been
deprecated by Google Code and I can't create new ones so they are quite old. I
just checked and they don't even contain OnMove710 device.
I have on my todo list to replace it by a wiki page !

Regards,
Colin

I updated the download section and uploaded a version 4.7 up to date.
It should work.

Colin
