OnMove 510 not compatible with runtastic

The GPX file exported from my OnMove 510 can't be imported into Runtastic. An 
error message is returned after import.
This problem is probably due to the fact that all the time fields are empty in 
the GPX file.

Version used : kalenji-gps-watch-reader-4.9_win

You can find enclosed :
- data from the watch
- the generated gpx file

Hello,

the problem comes from time element being empty.
This issue only occurs with Windows version since fix for issue 27.

I submitted a fix in SVN and redelivered a version 4.9.1 for windows.

I've downloaded the version 4.9.1 for Windows. The name of the file is still 
4.9. Are you sure you've uploaded a new version? I've tried with that one to 
convert new datas and I've the same problem.
