Adding the dotNet framework sdk

The changes originally put in place with the change over to Visual Studio

I am unsure as to what they did or how to test if it works
These were the changes that when first opening up the repository and making a branch in visual studio it had made
this was done following the tutorial on how to do so in visual studio

Adding the previous project used to create endpoints

This uses the set web api format given by the ASP.NET framework. I am now looking into adding the last feature of a post endpoint.
The 2 get functions one to find information and the other to just get what the files contains. It is currently using the swashbuckle formatting and this will be looked into further as to what it needs to change to.

Coded changes made mid-commendation

I have worked on and edited the project that I previously added to get it working. The post and logging systems still aren't working and the HTML is hard coded in but it can now communicate with the Collabora server and allows for both a read-only file and an edited file to be active. It works in a similar way to the other SDKs' I believe.
I am still in the process of commenting what everything does and I need to look into writing a READ ME file that explains the set up like seen in the other SDKs.
