Collabora Online is a collaborative online office suite based on LibreOffice technology. This is also the source for the Collabora Office apps for iOS and Android.
If you want to use cool draw for drawing it's very important to have all the drawing commands available with one click. Therefore I suggest to have an drawing sidebar.
LibreOffice Draw
LibreOffice Draw has an Shape sidebar AND an drawing toolbar.
I would suggest to have Drawing sidebar with all the avaiilable drawing symbols, but maybe with an search and combined with Fontwork, Textboxes, ... and gallery. I could make an mockup.
