As a user I need guides (helper lines) in the impress component to efficiently align objects on slides #4893

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In a slide deck I often encounter the need to align elements on the same position/alignment sometimes even among multiple slides. Other solutions offer guides (sometimes also called helper lines) which is a feature that is not present in CooL.

Describe the solution you'd like Guides (helper lines) are visible in the edit mode, but are not visible in the presentation mode and also don't get exported in a PDF and are also not printed. Such a guide (helper line) is NOT specific for a slide; it's visible on all slides and one can add/remove them easily with the mouse or a finger. The convention seems to be, that a user clicks/taps on the vertical or horizontal ruler and then drags the guide (helper line) on the canvas. The guide (helper line) can be removed from the canvas by dragging back to the ruler and release there. Objects like text frames, pictures, etc. will snap to those help lines when it's dragged closed enough to it.

The following picture shows how I use a guide (helper line) in a slide deck to align multiple elements on a slide: image

The following picture shows a (red) visual indicator that the object that I'm dragging will snap to the guide (helper line): image

I think a bit like "Draw Grid and Helplines" #4556, also with snap to grid.
