23.05 Impress inserts Vertical Text not as verticla but as rotated

This looks like a bug in core to me, can you please follow up in LibreOffice bugzilla?

In LO Impress GTK3 I see "Insert - Vertical Text" button only in 24.2 Tabbed not Toolbar, and not at all in 7.5. Not sure if really so, but I reported that as https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156097.

And in 24.2 insert of vertical Text seems wrong to me, there is some discussion at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154756, so I do not report separately until I get how to test older versions.
