Position and size dialogue cannot click OK or Cancel

Problem with the 'Position and size' dialogue for a text box. Various problems, including: clicking OK or Cancel has no effect.

To Reproduce Open a text document. Insert a text box. Select the text box so the handles show. Select Format: Position and size.
Attempt to alter values and confirm by clicking OK.

Expected behavior I expect to be able to type values in to the dialogue box for parameters, or use spin controls. Then I should be able to click OK to confirm or Cancel to abort.

Actual behavior I can use spin controls only over a small range.
I cannot type any numbers in (using Bluetooth keyboard.)
Some text appears truncated at the bottom of the box, I can't tell what it is.
Clicking Control or Cancel has no effect. So the only way to exit, is to close the dialogue box using the X at top right.

Please clarify if you are using browser access (and if so then 21.11 is old. please try 23.05) or Andorid app (whichis 21.11 but there is snapshot for 23.05).

I am using the Android app.
Sorry for confusion, I was entering the data asked for but should have omitted the browser info as I assume this is irrelevant.
I'm prepared to try a pre-release version if you tell me where to find it. I presume it would have to be side-loaded. There doesn't seem to be a beta channel on Google Play Store.

Typing numbers or using spin controls updates Text box or shapes.

@Todew Please can you test with the recent snapshot? Feel free to share the recording of the issue encountered.
