Data Validation Input Message seen shortly instead of staying open #6959

Open attached XLSX that has Data Validation Input Message on A1 cell, which serves as overview/help for 1st time use, until clicked away. Online 22.05 and 23.05 shows that message correctly but shortly, it disappears instead of staying open until clicked away. Personal Monthly Budget Spreadsheet.xlsx

Confirmed. It doesn't disappear over a very short period, but certainly doesn't stay indefinitely.

@thebearon @timur-g this isse is too old now can we have a conclusion here ? is it okay to close it?

Still reproduced in 24.04, there is not message at all, valid bug with additional regression between 23.05.5.3 and 23.05.6.3. Core shows the message, albeit wrong color, that is tdf issue not kept here.
