ESC Key Doesn't Exit Out Of Some Dropdown Menus

Describe the Bug

In Writer, pressing ESC key doesn't exit some dropdown buttons.

Steps to Reproduce

0. Open Writer.
1. Left-Click on any of these buttons/dropdowns:

• "Home" Tab
  • Paste
  • Character Highlight Color
  • Font Color
  • Background Color
  • Insert Table
• "File" Tab
  • Download
• "Review" Tab
  • Language
• "Insert" Tab
  • Insert Table
• View > Status Bar
  • Press on the Language selection.
    • For example, Click "English (USA)".

The dropdown should open.

2. Press ESC key.
   • -> Nothing.

ESC works correctly on:

• "Home" Tab

  • Font
  • Font Size
  • Character Spacing
  • Line Spacing

• "Insert" Tab

  • Shapes
  • Formatting Mark

• "Format" Tab

  • Format
  • Lists
• • -

After opening dropdowns:

• Pressing ESC will close them.

Actual Behavior

Pressing ESC works on some, doesn't work on many others.

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Chrome
• Version: 118.0.5993.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Context

This may be an issue in the others (Calc, Impress, etc.) + other menus/buttons. I did not test all.
