Android: Dark Mode "Menu Selection" = Light-on-Light Highlight+Text #7503

Describe the Bug

On some menu options in Dark Mode, you can get:

Steps to Reproduce

In Writer:

  1. Click the "Insert" button in upper right.
    • See options:
      • Local Image...
      • Chart
      • Comment
      • Table
      • [...]
  2. Press+Hold on one of those options.

See Light Text + Light Background:

In the above screenshot, the 3rd option "Comment" is selected, but it's unreadable.

Expected Behavior

When selecting, the text should be readable and flip to:

Actual Behavior

Text is unreadable:

Smartphone

I can reproduce this using the 23.05.5.2 (git hash: 8fe1f0fe)
