Android: Cannot Rotate Chart #7504

Describe the Bug

Whenever you try to rotate a chart, it never rotates, just resets back to normal.

Steps to Reproduce

In Writer:

  1. Click the "Insert" button in upper right.
    • See options:
      • Local Image...
      • Chart
      • Comment
      • Table
      • [...]
  2. Click "Chart" to insert a chart.
  3. Press+Hold on the chart's middle/gray rotation grabber.
  4. Rotate it + let go:

As you rotate, you can see the rotation outlines...

But after letting go, the chart just snaps back into place and never rotates.

Expected Behavior

The chart to rotate.

Actual Behavior

Chart does not rotate.

I can reproduce this using the 23.05.5.2 (git hash: 8fe1f0fe)
