PDF Viewer Renders Blurry Text on Android Tablet (v23.05.5.2) #9462

I'm experiencing an issue with the PDF viewer in Collabora Office version 23.05.5.2 on my Android tablet. The text in PDF files appears blurry when viewed in Collabora Office, whereas the same files are crystal clear and razor-sharp when viewed in other applications such as WPS Office or Firefox. This indicates that the issue is not with the PDF files themselves.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Collabora Office on an Android tablet.
  2. Load any PDF file (ensure the same file displays clearly in other applications).
  3. Observe the text rendering quality.

Expected Behavior:

The text in the PDF file should be clear and sharp, similar to its appearance in other PDF viewing applications like WPS Office or Firefox.

Actual Behavior:

The text appears blurry and unclear, making it difficult to read.

Additional Context:

I've tried viewing multiple PDF files, and the issue persists across all of them. I've also checked if any Android display settings could be affecting this, but the issue seems isolated to the Collabora Office PDF viewer.

Suggestions:

This issue affects the usability of Collabora Office for viewing PDFs and impacts the overall user experience. I hope this can be addressed in a future update.

More updates: The exact device user is using is the Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini and the screen resolution is 1920 x 1200.
