Hi @monochromec - I think there may be a misunderstanding. The suggestion that was made to you here: https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/richdocumentscode/issues/232#issuecomment-1666797704 is accurate. It's a URL not a filesystem path. You configure the font file within Nextcloud by either going to the URL suggested in that comment or, if you don't wish to type the URL in directly, you may go to Administration settings->Nextcloud Office (which will take you to the same URL). Then scroll down and there is a heading labeled Extra fonts.
It's also is not an error. It's just an informational message. You don't have to configure any extra fronts.
As #232 is not reopened, I'm filing a new issue to track this.
When installing the CO built-in CODE server the following error message appears in the web server's logs:
info AH00128: File does not exist:/apps/richdocuments/settings/fonts.json "COOLWSD HTTP Agent 23.05.1.3"
Webserver is Apache 2.4 with SAPI module for PHP access. NC is 27.0.1 running on PHP 8.2.7, CO CODE server version is 23.5.104 running on a Debian bookworm (12) release.
Please note that the app itself is contained in an AppImage when installing CODE so no configuration of any font file is possible without extracting the AppImage, modification of its content followed by a repackaging of the AppImage.
