Sync and proofread zh-CN translation

L144: 与L185统一，在昨天的Transifex上有提到 L148 和 L189 的 “L.CRC”/"R.CRC" 是否意味着“旧日期”/“新日期”？如果是，为什么两处没有统一？同样，这些问题也在Transifex上提到了

L144: unified with L185, mentioned in yesterday’s Transifex Do "L.CRC"/"R.CRC" for L148 and L189 mean "old date"/"new date"? If so, why are the two places not unified? Likewise, these issues were also mentioned on Transifex
