Adding example Dockerfile #21

Given the complicated set of dependencies that need to be installed in a pretty specific order, I thought it would be helpful to share a Dockerfile that works for me.

I have been unable to install this software on any version of Ubuntu 14-22. Has this been tested recently?

So many dependencies seem to fail to install. Ran verbatim from the Dockerfile listed and no change.

@Stein-ja I can't speak for the software itself, but I might be able to help with the dockerfile—could you provide the errors you're seeing?
