No quest book available #20

Hello! Has any one else had an issue with the quest book not being available when they start a new world? I have my world in hardcore mode but none of the commands to actually enable the hardcore questing mode work. I really want to play with these mods but also would benefit greatly from actually having the quest book available. I feel a bit lost without it :p

The quest book is made with a book and a piece of string, but it is a little odd.

Do note that the quests are nowhere near finished. This version is mainly to test the mod loadout before we commit to making quests
