change object_transcript to use relative path #72

re @owikle follows other conventions, allows arbitrary location for transcript

Thanks @owikle I think it makes much more sense this way! I just wanted to be make sure I didn't have some forgotten smart reason for not doing it that way from the start. If I did, I can't figure it out now...
