Adds capacity for "compound_object" and "multiple" formats
Updates item page layout following CollectionBuilder-CSV
Includes accessibility improvements following CollectionBuilder-CSV

@owikle it looks like the conflict above in nav-menu is fixing dropdown overlap issues? I guess it is because .sticky-top sets z-index to 1010, which over rides what ever we set in .about-nav in _sass/_pages.scss. Probably delete the rule in _pages.scss
