New search query doesn't clear start param #51

repro:

  1. http://collectionbuilder-moscon.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/multi-collection-search/?size=10&q=tree&start=29
  2. Change search query to "towel" and hit ENTER
  3. Error message is displayed: "Query "start" value (29) exceeds the number of total results (21)"

This is fixed in the new web component version of the app.
