bringing in refactored item-js and full support for compound objects from CB-GH. add compound object filtering and support to:

[x] item-js
[x] browse
[x] map
[x] timeline
[x] data
[x] index includes
[x] feature includes?
[x] banner featured image
[x] clouds
[x] ?

Note, because it is porting in the new item-js from -GH, it brings in the style refresh, and also other minor updates from -GH.
