Hey!

For ASUS IPMI HTML Remote Console i need it very very slow. Thanks for the latest update with that possibility, i've added 100 and 250ms.

And i've wrote an MSI Installer with Optional installation in Autostart Folder. See build-readme in installer folder. Easier for the users to just double click a MSI.
