[Academics] Titler Display for Classroom material

The database will need Demo Tags setup for title displays for classroom environment. Essentially this will work very similar to the Akira Chat Bot tag. this will be used to display an example titler for in world personnel durring the academy orientation class.

Depending on placement, this might be a good thing to add to the sound emitter, so it will be in a central location in the classroom

Wouldnt be a bad idea at all. the script essentially would be a moddified version of the Titler Script that would update when a command came across the API Channel. with the correct UUID number. the Databse would also have to have demo values stored with fake UUID numbers and profiles setup for each Division and rank display for viewing purposes
