What Needs to Be in config.php? #64

There needs to be a template for the config.php file that is required in the php files

the template is included in the Python install script on line L72 for people who dont have access to the underlying file system i will need to create a default config file for easy manual installation

I will be starting work on this bug once i have a server setup in the next few days.

This is fixed by pull request #68 It adds a sample-config.php

@hollowomnicron Thank-you for the contribution. ill be reviewing the login system in a day or so once i get my development platform setup.
