Vertically challenged option/loader menu #4

The options/loader menu is way too small and also very vertically squished. It would be so much nicer if it filled the 480p area available, used a larger font while also displaying more lines.

I also see a shimmering line at the top of the screen when displaying the menu and before loading a game.

PS - ignore the bits of masking tape on the screen.

Any hope for this to be fixed? Its kinda hard to read
