Feature request: Filter for restricted settings / configured / unconfigured apps #31

To my mind it would be useful to have a filter, which just shows

x apps that have custom restriction settings (Restricted in apps view > 0) x apps that have not been configured x apps that have been configured (even if they have just allow settings) -K
