- For the WorldClim climate data, let's compute the standard deviation in addition to the mean, i.e. annual s.d. of the monthly climate data. This should just require adding one additional
apply()computation in the Rmd file for each variable. - Then, it would be fascinating to look at annual Q10 of Rh (you can also try Rs, but Rh seems a cleaner test) versus s.d. of T and P, because we might hypothesize that microbial populations in highly variable systems would be better adapted to take advantage of those variations.
The conclusion section of my SRP still lacks some analysis. More suggestions for graphs that could lead to further insight would be appreciated. This issue is for suggestions for graphing the COSORE data.
