Item Display IDs, Creature Model IDs, Custom Interface

I will extract item display ids and creature model ids (this includes mounts for the future though), but not all creature model ids, only the ones that are needed for the moment if more are needed more will be added. I'm doing this because if I extract all model ids I'll get a very huge patch at the very start of the server.
