When Running a full population model, saving just the entire file became slightly too big think about either compressing or saving the datafile that we are making

I think what I need to do is to break down what is not saved from the original data files, Save Population, subject, and Item level parameters in separate data outputs

I worked out a method to store only the relevant details, seems to cut down on storage
