Adding custom_id to the creation of collection addresses.

Updated max length on some of the checkout fields.

Updated version from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1

I still need to add the Tag to this. However, I noticed that if I add it too early, for some reason it doesn't show up. I'm not sure why. So once this is confirmed and there are no further changes, I'll add a tag and push it 4.1.1
