At the end of the project, we should verify that the site is accessible: https://wave.webaim.org https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/

..and we should verify responsiveness on all devices (desktops/laptops/phones/tablets).

Completed by 62591bf, will address more issues with the site redesign following ACM branding updates.
