Frontend: Modal redesign + RSVP modals #26

So, we have a lot of modals. In the long term, I would like to sort of make it look less Bootstrap-default-template-y and more of our own style.

I think it may be cool to apply the "card" style with more rounded borders and a cleaned up UI. I'm open to ideas here!

Additionally, I think we should convert the home page and schedule page RSVP buttons into modals, instead of a separate RSVP page. Let's test this out first though and make sure it's practical first before doing this though.

We spoke about this, but just putting this here so I remember: If a user is logged in, the "RSVP" button should become the entire form.

Sorry to pile on stuff here: We spoke about this, but just so we also remember: we need to ensure our modal buttons are proper. We agreed on having buttons anchored right + "cancel" buttons to the left, while the "action" button is on the right.
