Requirement related to contract management module in portal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A project contract is a document that contains all the important information related to the project. There are different departments, that require information from contracts relevant to their department.

HR team - Number of resources, Technical skills of resources for capacity planning. Finance team - Cost of the project, number of resources, payment terms for the invoice, and budgeting related to activities. Technical team- Scope of work, domain for the project for project planning.

Currently, there is no implementation in the portal, which captures all the relevant information of the contract related to a project.

There are the following scenarios to be covered in contract management

• Information to be captured in case there is no contract available for the project
• Information to be captured on the case contract is available

Describe the solution you'd like A contract management module is required for capturing all the relevant information about the contract.

To start the contract, we are not building a pre-document that serves as a summary of details required to create the contract. The template is located here - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1g20gJrksx4T7Fqnz1wlP3w3gQdhYIosphQvU0YlkCwg/edit#

The first phase can be to automate this, and capture the information.

In the first phase, we will work towards bringing the Project Info Form into the project. This info is essential for creating the contracts. Once this form has been built, we will use the information provided in this form to add it to the project contract and sending it for review to the clients.

• [ ] Ability to add a project opportunity resource under client. This would be related to the pre-project phase. Each project opportunity can be added against a client, and a team SPOC will be marked. All project opportunities will be available to the admin, but SPOC can see only their project opportunity.

• [ ] One Project Opportunity has been created, we will give the option to fill the Project Info Form by the SPOC. The SPOC will have the ability to fill the form and save the information. They can come back and view the form again as well to fill the information missing. The form fields are mentioned in the document below. The admin and the SPOC should have the ability to view the form. (This form can also be created in multiple phases) Project Contract Summary Document (1).pdf

• [ ] There should be an option to generate a sharable link (like we have for the calendar), which the SPOC if they wish can send to the client. The client will be able to see the information that has been added by the SPOC and provide their inputs where needed. When the client fills the form, an email should be sent to the SPOC.

• [ ] The SPOC will have the final authority to lock the Project Info Form once all details are filled up. On locking the sharable form link should be disabled, and an email sent to the Contract/Legal Admin for review. This legal admin can be a user that can be configured for now.
