Sort Universities by most applications received. #2443

Describe the task Currently, on HR universities page, we have all the universities listed down on the basis of dates of addition. We would like to have a default listing in such an order, that maximum applications received corresponding to a university should be listed first.

@P4NK4J @GauravGusain98 can you share why we need the sorting in that? I mean what is the use case here?

I think if we sort by title it will be easy for a user to search for it and there are better chances that universities with different names will come together.
