This will help them keep track of their payment history and make the payment process smoother. It's all about improving the client experience and making things more convenient. To improve the client's experience on the invoice payment page, the following changes should be made:
Develop a toggle button labeled "Pending Payment" for outstanding invoices.
When the client toggles the button, a drop-down page should appear, displaying relevant information such as invoice numbers and amounts.
Incorporate checkboxes next to each invoice amount, which the client can use to select invoices they wish to pay.
After paying one or more invoices, remove the paid invoice information, and only display the remaining balances.
By implementing these changes, clients will have a more straightforward and user-friendly method to manage their pending invoices, enhancing their experience with our service.
